Must have familiarity with the total contracting process, U.S. Government regulations, demonstrated contract drafting skills and experience in reviewing and digesting contracts and identifying the parties contractual obligations. Must possess exemplary analytical and verbal communication skills, contract drafting ability, the ability to manage multiple priorities and strong organizational skills.
