Responsible for evaluating and developing new markets and services with the potential for growth for the unit. Develops and controls budgets and forecasts for the unit, ensuring the unit achieves its targeted operating contribution. Provides reports to senior management for the unit on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, or as required. Liaises with various governmental bodies and agencies, Customs & Border Protection, Department of Homeland Security, impacting on the units services in order to ensure company's interests are represented.
