Lead and direct activities of a regional supervision team by formulating, communicating and implementing strategies, policies, procedures and systems to ensure efficient and effective operations. Formulate and deliver strategic planning initiatives in conjunction with the Vice President of Sales Supervision. Establish and implement semi-annual goals in accordance with strategic initiatives.
