This position is responsible for managing the overall needs and relationships between customers and the Information Technology Department. This position is also required to ensure that the various business units within the company and Information Technology have agreed-upon service levels for all processes and services provided by Information Technology and that all Information Technology-related needs are identified. On an on-going basis, this role will serve as an advocate for the customer to ensure they are getting the IT services they require.
