Director, National Account Management Center (NAMC) is responsible for providing strategic and organizational leadership by supporting and maintaining long term, value based business to business relationships with our portfolio of National Accounts. The NAMC provides transactional excellence in customer service and serves as single point of contact by responding to all assigned account inquires including account production reporting, researching destination information and quoting rates/terms.
