The Market Director of Field Sales will provide focus on sales strategies and tactics, including key initiatives such as providing leads to significantly increase Dealer distribution, improving the Voice of the Customer quality scores, retailer training, and other transformation initiatives. This role will play a key role in improving year-over-year employee satisfaction scores within Retail Partner Sales. The position will support integral organizational development efforts such as skill building, re-defining the District Manager role, and upgrading talent.
