Job Description:
Prioritize and plan key sales channel initiatives utilizing input from senior leadership, as well as, the field sales teams. Lead the team in execution of key initiatives, setting timelines, and reviewing critical success factors required for successful implementation across sales channels company wide. Consult with field sales leadership in each market to identify operational and policy gaps. Identify areas for process and policy improvement geared at driving operational excellence within all of the sales channels.
