Duties include but are not limited to; development, implementation, and management of Customer contracts in a way that leads to Customer satisfaction, compliance to company policies and ensures profitability. Within the management of the contract life-cycle the Director of Pricing and contracts is responsible for partnering with the Field Sales organization to develop contract strategy resulting in compliant offers and/or contracts that meet the business and Customer needs.
