Provide leadership assistance to account management staff as a manager and strategic account advisor to build and enhance client relationships to ensure successful relationships with all our clients and achieve client retention goals. Develop and implement client service strategies and methodologies to enhance our Benefits service offerings and improve overall account management efficiency and client satisfaction. Build a productive and knowledgeable service team by defining roles and responsibilities and workflow and providing training, mentoring, coaching and managing performance.
