Lead team members including Customer Business Teams in achievement of all revenue, profit, performance targets, and budget goals. Develop, set and forecast, as needed, all applicable national, divisional and individual quotas. Assist in the development and/or implementation of sales compensation programs that provide the appropriate incentives for all sales personnel to exceed sales and team objectives.
