The Director's primary responsibility will be to assist in creating strategies for revenue growth and value enhancement through M&A, strategic alliances, and partnerships. Specifically, the Director will assist in identifying potential target acquisitions and partners, carrying out financial analysis and modeling including valuation and financial statement analysis, and structuring transactions in close collaboration with accounting, tax and legal.
