The Director of Business & Product Development will manage personnel engaged in assignments to define strategic business initiatives and ensure pursuit of Domestic and International markets and products. He/She will develop and direct the implementation of strategic plans for Laser Systems business area performance on all acquisitions to ensure business unit fulfillment of acquisitions and growth objectives within planned schedule commitments.
