Responsible for developing and implementing the sales and marketing for Medicare. This position is directly accountable for program-wide sales and retention in a defined service area. Responsible for driving and achieving company defined sales objectives. Ensures compliance with applicable federal and state regulations. Develops and implements comprehensive, integrated sales and marketing plans to meet the overall business objectives for group and individual sales and membership retention. Leads a team of sales managers to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
