The individual will work in close collaboration with capture teams within company sectors to ensure that large, strategic captures are executed successfully. The individual will also facilitate the identification and implementation of best practices pertaining to proposal development. The individual is expected to play an active role in color team reviews for major proposals. Must have a track record of success at either supporting or leading large ($100M) proposal efforts. Should be energized by and adept at working in an advisory capacity with teams.
