Assume a leadership "hands-on" role in key strategic programs with experience in all aspects of contracting (pre-award, administration, invoicing, negotiating, and contract closeout). Mentor, coach, and provide team building techniques to facilitate positive interactions with other contract personnel in the department. Develop and maintain management level relationships with key customers.
