The Client Operations Director role is to work closely with PayNet's business partners to promote further adoption of our products and services through advising on technology and lending processes. The Director will interact with operations and technology departments of our customers to uncover opportunities for process improvement in their manual and automated lending operations. He or she will also interface with third-party software venders of loan application processing systems to make sure connections are working properly. In conjunction with the Sales team, the Director will identify process improvements in the customer's manual lending operations and make presentations to senior level management positioning PayNet products and services as a primary solution to their lending operations.
