The Chief Development officer will provide the vision, leadership and coordination for the company's fundraising strategies and activities, enabling the organization to support company programs and services throughout the country. S/he is responsible for ensuring the stability and growth of multifaceted revenue streams at the national, state and local levels to sustain the organization's annual operating budget including membership, direct mail, telemarketing, Internet, special events, planned giving, and major gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations.
