The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for developing new business relationships and securing both product and consulting sales revenue for the business unit. The BDM utilizes a consultative approach to identify prospects, understand and diagnose their product and business needs, and create a solution. Solutions leverage our construction knowledge, innovations and technologies. Develop/obtain/maintain the technical and business industry knowledge necessary to effectively function and perform as an expert consultant in our clients business environment.
