Serve as the primary point of contact to initiate and manage the onboarding of new and expanding online business. Acting as a consultant to the online business product groups, the BDM gathers business and technical requirements, designs and delivers service recommendations, collaborates with Service Operations and other service teams to deliver solution recommendations to GFS Clients.
