The BBO will proactively generate sales of Small Business deposits and loans within in a subset of that specified territory based on BDSM Small Business responsibilities. The BBO will provide Small Business leadership and coaching in the territory and be responsible for both individual sales production versus goals and the collective success of the branches in the territory based on growth of the territory's Small Business deposits and loans versus goals.
