Company is looking for an experienced Sales Manager who will oversee Relationship Managers and Financial Advisors at our Retail Branch. Responsible for driving successful branch sales targets and developing a productive sales team through mentoring and coaching. Manage the daily activities of Relationship Managers in the branch; oversee lead control, sales production, sales activities, and customer satisfaction, as well as develop necessary reports and documentation for leadership team.
