The primary objective of the Area Vice President is to develop and execute an Area strategic sales plan for total joints and trauma, which will help achieve overall Company sales goals and objectives. Additional responsibilities include establishing relationships with key surgeons in area to leverage potential sales opportunities through product development and learning centers; developing Area budget while ensuring sales and administrative activities are within budget.
