Primary responsibility is to ensure that order, market share, and price goals are met for our controls business in the Americas. This is a leadership position in driving aggressive growth with this companies controls strategy and market position. Must have strong product and technical knowledge, and very strong knowledge of project specifying and bidding practices, as well as the interpersonal skills to manage a partnering relationship with the field. Also responsible for personnel administration, performance evaluations, and salary administration for direct reports.
