The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales executives in the relentless pursuit of new business in the assigned territory. The sales manager will recruit, develop and coach the team to achieve success in a high activity, outside sales model. This position contributes to One Communications' success by leading efforts to maximize the achievement of revenue growth and market share through the acquisition of new customers. This will be accomplished by providing strong leadership, direction, and guidance to this high activity, outside sales team.
