This role is responsible for selling hardware, software and services, including Hewlett-Packard, APC, Cisco, CommVault, Compellent, IBM, InMage, Overland and Pillar directly to customers of all sizes ranging from Enterprise Accounts to SMB Accounts. Account Managers are responsible for closing the sale and positively influencing customer satisfaction with respect to the engagement and vendor offerings.
