Accountable for a book of business comprised of mid to large accounts. Responsibilities include effective account management of established accounts, and in coordinating other Departments specifically Account Service. Develops and maintains relationships with clients, brokers and consultants to uncover client needs and provide solutions. Collaborate the strategic planning process with internal departments for client specific strategies pertaining to underwriting, legal, product development, professional relations, etc.
