Job Description:
Develop, sell and implement effective performance improvement programs that meet clients objectives and achieve sales and budget goals as assigned. Learns the clients' industry and business needs through ongoing research using external sources and research capabilities. Through consultations with clients, determines clients' needs and recommends how, where, and when we can contribute to the clients' success. Directs the use of creative and sales support personnel and facilities to develop and present solutions and to implement programs for clients.
