JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Account Management, the Director of Account Management is primarily responsible for managing the upkeep and renewal of the assigned Europ Assistance block of Clients. The Director of Account Management also ensures successful implementation of new clients or products assigned.
Client Management
- Initiate and maintain relationship(s) with clients, internal/external contacts to facilitate a cooperative working relationship.
- Collaborate with internal resources to best service clients and meet quality standards
- Research, address, and resolve escalated by Client Services issues.
- Effectively challenge the client to think strategically about technical solutions for their business challenges.
Account Management
- Ensure smooth implementation of new clients working together with Business Development team upon Clients acceptance of the proposal
- Ensure efficient communication to Organization, Accounting, Legal and Client Services on all new accounts
- Establish renewal strategy for all assigned accounts and ensure its flow and communication to all external and internal parties
- Provide support to Sales team on assigned Products
- Ensure accuracy of the monthly and quarterly reports to the clients
- Provide feedback and recommendations to Training, Operations and Client Services Departments on issues.
Reporting/Evaluations
- Assist in the creation and implementation of reporting criteria for the client(s)
- Prepare monthly renewal reports to Accounting, Operations and Client services for their feedback
- Responsible for submission of renewal monthly, quarterly and annual reports to Director;
- Responsible for maintaining knowledge about all assigned accounts and updating InsideSales and other client databases with client info
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
- Minimum of five years of related work experience
- Demonstrated superior organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, meet aggressive deadlines
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in an always changing work environment
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Travel Assistance, Insurance, Health, ID Theft or Data breach Response Services is a plus.
