JOB DESCRIPTION

Company:
Top public online marketing company offering advertisers and publishers innovative solutions to get the most reach and return from their ads and sites with numerous dynamic and innovative product lines.  The ideal candidate is a top sales performer who has a high level of positive energy and enthusiasm.

Role:
Identify, negotiate and secure new clients to increase revenue and expand distribution of the pay per call, call tracking platform, and PPC network.
Identify opportunities for cross selling of this suite of online products.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Generate and close new business with publishers, agencies, search engines and lead generators.
•    Understand value proposition for our products and services and market to viable prospects.  
•    Effectively deliver custom presentations as they apply to the client’s pain-points and needs and ensure the value proposition is communicated.  
•    In partnership with Client Support team, ensure consistent management of existing accounts to support training, contract renewals, and additional product sales opportunities. Expand the product and service offerings based on client profile and client business needs.  
•    Partner with Business Development and Management in the evaluation process of new business opportunities and complete the sales cycle accordingly.
•    Partner strategically with Account Management team members to ensure seamless transition of accounts and exceed customer expectations while maximizing account potential.
•    Remain current with industry advances, trends and competitor offerings.
•    Assist in mentoring and coaching less experienced team members.
•    Role model the use of internal sales processes and procedures for all sales and sales operation team members.  
•    Support the vision and values of the company and the team through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors.
•    Other projects as assigned.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
•    MUST HAVE: 9+ years direct sells experience.
•    5+ years diverse experience in internet media or advertising industry with focus on business-to-business sales, marketing, business development and analysis.
•    Ability to work independently and partner with other departments to ensure the acquisition of new accounts.
•    Proven focus on exceeding quota.
•    Demonstrated effective negotiation and closing techniques.
•    Advertising and media experience is critical.
•    Understanding of direct response marketing (online and offline) preferred.
•    Outstanding presentation skills required.  Superb verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
•    Ability to travel regularly required.
