National Strategic Account Manager

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Prospecting, cold calling and selling our products and services to large multi location national companies
  • Building and maintaining a sales funnel
  • Effectively communicate and demonstrate the features and values of our business
  • Identify prospect needs and develop action plans and proposals
  • Work with the Project Management and Sales Engineer teams team to create RFP’s
  • Close the deal, maintain positive client relationships and create additional revenue opportunities
  • Acheive monthly sales goals

 A Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of sales techniques including prospecting, cold-calling, networking, lead generation, with the ability to engage a prospect and close the deal.
  • Must be able to demonstrate business to business sales record (3+ years) at a high level of achievement
  • Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Demonstrated record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent relationship building and management skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
  • Proven experience selling to multiple decision makers at the C, director and senior executive level

Pay and Benefits:

This is a full time, permanent position.  Compensation includes base salary plus an uncapped commission structure.  Medical, Dental and Life Insurance benefits: eligible after the first 60 days of employment.  Other competitive benefits include Vacation, Paid Holidays, Tuition Reimbursement, company matched 401K, On-Site gym with locker rooms and showers, Yoga classes, full service cafeteria, contests for Celtics and Red Sox tickets, Annual Presidents Club trip etc.
