Inside Sales Representative with a company established 25 years ago that has been profitable every single year.
- Revenue grew from $22M in 2008 to $50M in 2009
- On track for 150% growth in 2009!
- Company has single largest market share in their space
- Our client is doubling their sales force in the next 12 months and funding all of it internally – very profitable
- Top Rep earned $250K+ (out of 13)
Compensation is a starting $60k base to make $100k 1st year but the comp plan is uncapped with aggressive accelerators!
Requirements
- 3.5 GPA or higher – this is a MUST. Must be able to document.
- 2-8 years B2B sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus! (Top percentile in GMAT, SAT or ACE scores)
- Strong desire to succeed – money motivated!
- Document track record of success (top 10-20% performer)
- Strong analytical mind – intelligence and savvy are prerequisites
