My client is building out a national sales team for Mobile. The successful candidates will be responsible for day-to-day management of all mobile ad sales while managing Account Executives to ensure revenue goals are met and/or exceeded. Provide daily support, coaching and monitoring daily activities for all mobile related proposals, RFP’s, pipeline management and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Work with advertiser and agency sales team members to introduce a new media vehicle, up-sell existing clients and bring in new clients.
- Manage a team of account executives
- Responsible for selling mobile advertising to fill all existing inventory, building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective advertisers, assigning media costs to schedules, negotiating those values and stewarding the client`s schedule through completion.
- Educate clients on the current mobile landscape by keeping up to date on industry trends.
- Develop a clear understanding of client`s business and marketing objectives, and have a mature and in depth perspective on relevant business categories, that will allow candidate to formulate strategy and develop compelling presentations to win and maintain top-tier business
- Build upon relationships with existing agencies and advertisers, focusing on the mobile groups.
- Travel to meet with prospects and clients - as needed.
- Manage new client campaigns to successfully meet and exceed client performance expectations while sharing expertise and advise clients on new campaign ideas to generate continued results.
- Work with internal account management, and ad operations, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events and conferences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience selling mobile advertising
- Minimum 5 years digital/online sales experience
- Experienced media sales person with a demonstrated track record of creating high growth.
- Strong industry recognition, and solid reputation, in the Internet advertising media sales industry.
- Bachelors degree
