Business Development Manager

We are seeking a senior Business Development Manager to join our industry leading Learning & Development Consulting company. We are a private, profitable, growing company who is expanding their sales team. Our organization provides senior consultants to deliver project based Learning & Development work for clients within the Fortune 1000 as well as major private organizations.

Qualified Candidates Must Meet These Requirements:

• 10+ years of Consultative B2B Sales Experience


• 5+ years selling directly to Learning & Development leaders within Fortune 1000 organizations


• Ability to work effectively from a remote office


• Strong prospecting skills with track record of acquiring new clients


• Candidates must live in the Bay Area or Dallas/North Texas Region

Note: This is one position that may be based in either the Bay Area OR Dallas, Texas region (one position covering both regions, less than 15% travel).
