Inclusive of electronic payments solutions, promotion and loyalty solutions, enterprise data collection, and hosted business information, the FreedomPay product suite provides a fully integrated, hosted global infrastructure for managing information. The company serves industry leaders in agriculture, construction, large equipment, fleet, healthcare, government, and education. 


 


 


 


Credit card processing, private label credit card, gift card, voucher, and prepaid components comprise electronic payments solutions. SKU, product family, product, and vendor promotional and “habit changing” loyalty components comprise the promotion and loyalty solutions. Graphical and tabular presentation of enterprise data converts data into pertinent business information. The combinations of these products and services delivers an offering unsurpassed today. 


 


 


 


Backed by well-respected venture capital groups such as BlueRun Ventures Partners, The Goldman Sachs Group and Core Capital Partners, the Company is experiencing rapid growth in new and existing markets and seeks a Vice President of Sales - Enterprise Processing to join its management team. 


 


The individual must have strong experience pitching complex solutions selling into a broad array of industries, including but not limited to manufacturing, automotive, leisure, furniture and motor-sports.  Industry experience selling into large manufacturers and distributors preferred with knowledge of inner workings of commercial financing and promotional efforts. Candidate must have a passion for building a Sales organization and methodology geared for aggressive growth and success reporting directly to the CEO. This is a very exciting opportunity for a newly released product offering referenced as “Star Wars in our industry” touted by an individual after viewing a presentation.


 


 


Duties & Responsibilities


 



  •  Identify major channel opportunities

  • Define market approach into these major channels

  • With hands-on sales approach, build a Sales and Sales Support Team

  • Work closely with the COO and Product Management to build the marketing approach for these major channels

  • Be a key member of the Executive Team defining strategies and measuring success


 


Education Requirements


 



  • Bachelor’s Degree , BS in a technical field a plus

  • Minimum of 8-10 years relevant experience

  • A successful track records in Sales of full business solutions

  • Experience with a venture-backed high-tech company or in the corporate and/or enterprise environments a plus

  • Strategic thinker with a strong and impressive sales history

  • Demonstrated ability to source and close business in multiple industries and diverse competitive markets

  • Strong hands-on orientation with keen attention to detail in the sales “food chain” (Customer, Merchant, Supplier, Manufacturer)

  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects

  • Willingness to be directly involved in the sales effort

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels

  • Work well independently and in a team environment
