Overview:

The Director of Professional Services leads a team of Implementation Consultants/Project Managers who are responsible for the implementation of and training on detailed systems solutions for the MAS 500 software.  MAS 500 is a product sold largely through the Business Partner channels. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the completion of requirement definitions, functional specification, database design, system and technical architecture definition, implementation, and unit system testing and development.  


• Provides people management and development as well as technical leadership.


• Sets strategy, methodology and direction for the function.


• Utilizes project management tools to estimate projects and monitor planning and progress.


• Reviews completed proposals for technical integrity, quantification of risk, and strategic direction prior to presentation to customer.


• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.


• Full team financial responsibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.


• A minimum of 10 years of experience in professional services, including 5 years of leadership responsibility. 


• Must have experience implementing ERP software solutions and managing teams responsible for implementation and project management.


• Excellent project management skills.


• Must have experience selling and supporting software in the small- to mid-market.


• Must have experience developing new business, and nurturing existing client relationships.


• Must have operational experience to include setting up SOW’s, rules of engagement, contracts, and other infrastructure to the PSG team.
