The ideal MWV Sales Representative/Account Manager likes to make things happen and see results! If this sounds like you, you should consider this dynamic role, where you’ll be charged with expanding MWV’s customer base and market share. This means you’ll need to be both creative and strategic about developing new business opportunities and growing existing ones as well as creating a presence in new markets and with new applications.
Sure, we use the tried and true to create business opportunities at MWV … cold calling, direct mail, email, and follow up to corporate marketing initiatives. But we also require our Sales Representatives/Account Managers to be innovative in the independent and collaborative ways they develop new and existing customer relationships. Find ways to differentiate MWV by promoting and selling value-added products and services. Maximize the potential of the distribution sales teams by conducting training sessions to develop their comparative selling capabilities. Establish jointly beneficial strategies with distributors.
Additionally, this role is responsible for joining forces with regional sales management to develop Total Account Management strategies that expand our distribution network.
Travel within your territory will be required, as well as occasional travel to MWV office locations throughout the US
