This position will cover the South Central Region of the US.  Preferred candidate will be based in Texas, near a major airport.

The sales person who will help create this success story will be able to…



  • Enjoy unlimited commission potential and the possibility of being the highest compensated person in the organization.

  • Build and maintain new & existing customer relationships, understanding the customer’s business and wireless needs; identify new business opportunities, positioning Antenna products and services to customer requirements.

  • Develop and maintain a weekly/monthly forecast plan and meeting schedule; accurately forecast regional opportunities based upon realistic assessments.

  • Effectively present/demonstrate Antenna solutions for both technical and executive audiences ranging from end users to Senior Executives.

  • Effectively manage ongoing projects/opportunities between Antenna sales resources and the appropriate customers or prospects executive teams.

  • Work with Sales Engineers and Product Development to prepare and present Antenna solutions in response to RFP/RFIs, including ROI analysis, custom configurations, and pricing.

  • Participate in seminars, trade shows, and other sales/marketing activities in order to promote awareness of Antenna Software and its products/services.

  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet the Companys core values.


 


What you should bring to the table



  • Minimum of 7 years successful direct, field enterprise software solution experience selling to functional business units and the IT organization.

  • Willingness to quantify your past results against goals.  

  • Knowledge of enterprise wireless technology

  • Proven Sales track record with Fortune 500 size organizations.

  • Strong technical presentation skills.

  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

  • Ability to grasp new selling techniques and technologies.

  • Thrive in a high paced, high reward environment.

  • Strong PC skills, including use of Internet and Microsoft office applications.

  • BS or BA degree highly desired.
