JOB DESCRIPTION
The Vice President - Sales will be responsible for leading the sales teams to maximize subscriber growth and minimize churn.  This position establishes the overall account growth strategy and leads the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•    Establish overall account growth strategy and establish key initiatives within all sales channels to maximize subscriber growth and minimize churn.
•    Influences and partners with clients to develop and drive key strategies within all sales channels to offer Asurion’s products.
•    Determines multi-channel sales strategy and resource allocation to realize growth strategy
•    Lead and manage the sales team, including establishing productivity metrics, quota setting and territory management.  
•    Drive sales growth by setting goals and objectives and measuring progress and holding team accountable to exceed results.  
•    Establish and cultivate senior client relationships in the areas of products and channels, leads regular client reviews with senior leader client contacts.
•    Facilitate effective partnerships with cross functional departments, including Channel Management and Marketing functions to drive growth strategies in all channels.
•    Collaborate with peers across client teams to drive best practices and ensure consistent, high quality and repeatable performance, including continuing evolution of the sales process.
•    Communicates and reinforces sales compensation incentive plan and provides input to ensure incentives are aligned with company goals.
•    Partner with the training and development team on all sales training activities, including creation of sales training strategy, development and delivery of training programs.
•    Deliver market/client data to the marketing team to facilitate product advances based on demand and client direction.

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.  
•    10 or more years experience in senior sales leadership positions.
•    Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written skills
•    Strong selling, relationship and consultation skills
•    Experience leading and developing sales teams
•    Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, territory design, quota management and sales compensation
•    Ability to respond effectively to clients, employees and management and handle sensitive and/or confidential communications.  
•    Intermediate computer skills including MS Office required.
•    Ability to apply such concepts to create reports and financial records and present them effectively.
•    Up to 50% domestic travel required.
