$100-115k base to make $225k + at plan 1st year (full benefits, ramp-up, stock options and uncapped commissions)  

Company will NOT look at real estate, banking, mortgage or finance backgrounds. 

Preferred backgrounds: Ceridian, ADP, Enterprise software sales

Requirements 

• 5 – 7 years of sales experience selling Payroll, HR services or high-level software to clients with 5,000+ employees






• Must be able to provide W2 information for last 3 years – earnings history must be at least $120K+






• Ability to travel 30-40%






• Must have managed a quota of over $1 Million Annually with Success
