Total Compensation: $104K
- Base Salary: $80K
- Bonus / Commission: $24K
Reports to: Managing Partner
Location: Red Bank, NJ; Philadelphia, PA; Princeton, NJ
Work in a professional office setting where the qualified prospects come to meet you in your office on your schedule.
You will not be required to prospect or travel to a clients home or office. All sales are conducted in our office by appointment. We require a minimum of 15 years experience in direct sales to consumers of high-ticket products or services.
Appointments are set up for you at your professional office.
The sale is consultative and low pressure. Your goal is to explain our service and illustrate verbally how it is a benefit.
NO COLD CALLING
HIGH COMMISSION Our sales staff needs to generate a minimum revenue which intern relates to at least $100k compensation.
We offer FLEXIBLE HOURS, health insurance, and a 401k plan.
You will have a Manager, who will work with you on each aspect of the business until we feel you are ready to work on your own. You will be compensated during training. Earn while you learn
You must be articulate, intelligent, and professional in appearance as well as dress.
