Job Requirements:
- 5 years min. Pharmaceutical Marketing industry experience A MUST!
- On-line marketing/e-Commerce/ experience PREFERRED
- 3+ years experience managing an account team
- Strong knowledge of web strategy, design, development, and programming technologies
- Consultative solution selling experience A MUST and knowledge of sales principles
- Excellent oral, organizational, and written communication skills including strong presentation skills
- Must be able to multi-task!
- Meet deadlines while working on multiple projects necessary
n Ownership of day to day communications with client
n Integration of client deliverables, working with project management, across internal and external partners
n Consolidation of communications, including schedules and status reports, to client across projects and act as a guide for the client to focus on critical agency deliverables
n Help client and internal resources prioritize deliverables in times of conflicting demands
n Continuously build trust, credibility, and gain referrals from existing brands
n Responsible for overall account relationship (supporting Account Director), cultivating new brand and account relationships, as well as non-brand contacts such as IT, purchasing, etc
n Process metrics and prepare client presentations with key implications and new opportunities for the agency to pursue
n Foster teamwork and a constructive work environment; provide team leadership representing the clients needs to the agency team and representing the agency team to the client being mindful of restrictions and agency processes
n Prepare financial documents, working with PM and Finance to foster a positive financial relationship with the client
