Invescor, Ltd., a growing Michigan-based life settlement back office services firm with an expanding base of institutional clients including broker-dealers, insurance companies, and financial advisory firms, seeks a Director of Sales. Responsibilities include developing and strengthening sales relationships with Invescor’s institutional clients, motivating and leading a growing team of internal account executives, and directing internal wholesaling operations. Life insurance sales experience and product knowledge are considered a strong plus. Position requires relocation to Michigan.
Primary Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Life insurance industry experience required; life settlement experience preferred
- Proven track record in sales, wholesale sales experience
- Experience in managing sales staff and growing a sales team
- Passion for building and continually strengthening institutional relationships
- Skilled in working within a fast paced environment under continual and multiple deadlines, maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Experience in managing information flow and ensuring consistent accuracy
- Superior attention to detail and quality presentation of work product
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and databases
- Life insurance license, Securities Series 6, 26, and 63 registrations required within first six months of employment
