BullsEye Telecom is looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead our sales activities for our Direct Sales channel from our corporate office. We are looking for an outstanding individual with exceptional conceptual and strategic selling skills to initiate and lead the sales function and teams. Responsibilities:
- Provides the sales management and support necessary to grow business and achieve revenue growth and margins as defined by the company’s business plan and strategic goals.
- Maximize sales growth by providing leadership to Alternate Channel Sales and Direct Sales nationwide.
- Hire, manage and motivate domestic direct sales personnel
- Handles contract negotiations for Regional Sales Managers and Sales Directors. Acts as the Agent program representative to internal BullsEye departments including but not limited to marketing, customer service and operations.
- Develops, implements and manages lead/referral programs for multi-location, corporate customers.
- Implements recognition and compensation programs and conducts motivational sales meetings.
- Provides direction and leadership to personnel in the field by actively participating in sales prospecting and negotiations with corporate customers.
- Confers with CEO and senior management to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions.
- Maintains open and effective lines of communication throughout the organization. Reinforces the company’s commitment to excellence.
- Reviews competitive intelligence and proactively communicates this information to the necessary departments.
- Prepares reports and makes presentations to company executives regarding the performance of the sales program.
- Represents the company at trade association meetings to promote services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in business or sales management.
- MBA or Advanced Degree, desired
- 10-15 years of successful outside, territory sales experience leading a national sales team.
- Efficient computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Experience using SalesForce.com is preferred.
- Results and detail oriented
- Hands-on team player with a driven but collaborative management style
- Ability to thrive and flourish in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

- Able to travel as necessary
