National Business Manager - 301

Direct and manage the sales process for a National customer and/or regional geographic area. This position oversees and directs a National Sales Agent insuring all CHD goals and objectives are being executed and accomplished.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities (Describe the 5-7 major accountabilities)

•Responsible for sales of new items, category reviews, sales volume, customer profitability and margin improvement, promotional planning, budget adherence, deduction management and execution of sales / marketing / retail initiatives.
•Development of annual strategic bottom-up business plan, forecasting, working in conjunction with the Customer Development and Broker Teams.
•Manage the business thru the Broker Partner effectively working in conjunction with their team to achieve Church& Dwight strategic goals.

Education and Experience

•BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university. MBA a plus.
•Minimum 10 years Sales Management experience in Consumer Products, ideally managing within the Food Class of Trade thru the Food Broker Network.

•Ability to manage and take the lead on multiple projects and manage people simultaneously.
•Strong leadership, presentation and influencing skills.
•Strong analytical, financial, communication and creative problem solving skills
•Excellent working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SOS, Nielsen.
