Our client is a leader in the POP displays and packaging industry. Their growth and success has allowed them to open positions for several experienced new Account Executives. Founded in 1956, our client provides a complete mix of graphic packaging, temporary POP displays, semi-permanent (vacuum formed) displays, industrial packaging and a host of supporting services including pack-out, assembly, fulfillment, warehousing and distribution. They are an employee owned (ESOP) and combine employee ownership with a sophisticated quality programs to provide outstanding service and quality to its clients. Extensive capabilities include in-house printing, laminating, die-cutting and finishing operations; in-house design, testing and prototype development.

They are not looking to hire someone, they are searching for a partner as they are an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) company. As owners of the Company, they expect the candidate to bring value to the company i.e.; sales and profit volume. Hence the vision of growing the company the expectations of increasing sales and profits with additional sales members then we will increase the support staff in other departments. The sales goal for the next 12 months is to increase sale volume by $5M.
General Description
Position reports to VP of Sales
The successful candidate will have a track record selling POP displays to West Coast CPG’s and retailers.
Documented success of a minimum of a million dollars in sales ($1MM) is required
High energy, capable of strategically developing major accounts and building relationships at multiple levels.
Knowledgeable of temporary displays, semi perm and permanent displays, production processes, supply chain and retail environments.
Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills to work cohesively with design, customer service, production, management, fulfillment and other company employees.
Self-motivated with a winning attitude and passionate about being successful.
High level of integrity and team spirit.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Compensation structure for sales representatives is VERY FLEXIBLE depending on their needs, sales & compensation history.
Compensation is based on profitability and volume.
