Director, Global Sales

KaMin LLC, a major kaolin producer in central Georgia, has an immediate opening for a Director, Global Sales position based out of our headquarters in Macon, GA.  This position would lead and develop a high performance sales organization, forecast and achieve target sales volumes, revenue and profitability, and develop pricing and sales strategies. 

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

• Sales manager with experience at a chemicals and/or minerals raw material supplier to industrial markets including paper, coatings, inks, plastics and rubber


• B.S. degree or equivalent experience in technical, marketing, or management science.


• MBA Perfered


• Minimum 10+ years of progressive responsibility, including 5+ years of sales/market management experience at a global industrial company.


• Strong project management skills and disciplined approach to identifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities and removing barriers to profitable sales growth.


• Experience in growing sales at small and regional customers as well as large, complex organizations such as multi-national firms.


• Demonstrated capabilities in delivering presentations externally and internally.
