The Air & Missile Defense Business Unit of the Defense Systems Division is seeking a qualified professional for the position of Manager of Business Management for the MDIOC Operating Unit (OU). The Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and training the planning and control staff; developing and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application of program control disciplines and being the lead for new business acquisitions as it applies to business management. The successful candidate must have proven experience in project planning and control with an emphasis on EVMS; EAC/ETC development; invoicing and collection management; charging practice determinations and revenue recognition. The candidate must also have a background working on large proposal efforts in a lead role. The primary Program in this OU is the Joint Research & Development Contract (JRDC) which is a $260M/yr program. Hence, major program experience is required. Ideal candidate should have a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration + a minimum of 20 years of experience. This position is AIP eligible. Security Clearance Required.
