Regional Sales Manager – Laproscopics – Salt Lake City, UT

Represent this lucrative and growing $10B Medical Device manufacturer in their Laproscopic Sales division.  This position manages a team of 7-8 reps in the Salt Lake City Region and responsibilities include:

• Achieving and maintaining Regional and Territorial sales objectives
  
• Implementing and communicating strategic plans to reps in the region
  
• Negotiation of contracts with large accounts within corporate guidelines
  
• Develop representatives within the region through field rides, regional meetings and team building exercises
  
• Implement and communicate corporate policies and visions and effectively utilize company resources
  
• Hire, train and evaluate representatives and conduct interviews with potential hires

Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree
  
• Minimum 3-5 yrs professional sales experience
  
• Previous Management experience is a must
  
• Excellent communication and organization skills
  
• Ability to communicate with all levels of corporate and hospital organizations
  
• Ability to develop and communicate business plans, reviews and presentations
