AHAA is seeking experienced Sales Professionals with proven leadership skills.  AHAA’s Account Managers must consistently demonstrate the ability to manage and increase same store sales and market share of affiliates by exceeding established unit and revenue growth requirements.  This is your opportunity to align yourself with the industry leader offering professional development, excellent base salary, and a results-driven bonus program. Responsibilities 


 


 


 


Grow same store sales and market share of AHAA affiliates by accomplishing the following:


 


 


 







  • Sell and implement strategies that drive business process change.





  • Develop and execute an annual business plan needed to drive required results for each affiliate.





  • Actively manage recruiting, hiring, training and if necessary, termination of employees within the affiliate’s business





  • Integrate and leverage vendor partner relationships.






 


 


 







  • Drive utilization and compliance with AHAA’s proprietary business management system, Navigator.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt in a complex, fast-paced environment





  • Managing in a multi-office environment






 


 


 







  • Documented history of  delivering increased revenue and efficiency





  • Selling services





  • Recruiting, hiring and training staff

 Requirements:


 


 


 







  • 5 to 7 years of proven sales experience





  • 4 yr Business degree; MBA a plus





  • Medical Device, Healthcare and/or Hearing Healthcare Industry a plus





  • 40 – 50% travel





  • Earnings history of six figures with performance-based pay
