Sales Director

The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of a Degreed Sales Director for a Large Food Manufacturing Facility located in WI. 

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for leading the Casual Dining/Restaurant Sales team.  This includes managing existing customer relationships for volume growth and overall profitability as well as for developing new customers.  Plan, coordinate and execute Sales Programs.Lead foods sales team and facilitate the professional development of the team.Optimize profit by product, by product group and by customer.  Understand product costs and margins and provide leadership in pricing strategies and implementation of price changes.  Provide input to R&D and Marketing regarding new products.  Enhance reputation and value with customers and brokers by providing leadership in category development strategies and programs.  Increase awareness of company as a quality supplier in our key business categories to support a future pipeline of new business.  Work with the Sales team to identify and develop additional business opportunities for new products/new categories/new customers.  Accountable for Casual Dining/Restaurant sales growth, budgeted monthly case movement, promotion planning, promotional fund and accrual management and filing distribution gaps.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualified Candidates for the Sales Director MUST HAVE at least 5+ years of experience in Casual Dining Restaurant Foods Sales within a Vice President and/or Director level role.  Candidates MUST HAVE at least a 4-Year BS/BA Degree to be considered for this position, however, candidates with a Graduate MS/MA/MBA Degree are HIGHLY desired and will receive first consideration.  Candidates MUST HAVE a background in selling DAIRY PRODUCT LINES into Casual Dining Restaurants (ie: Ruby Tuesday, TGI Friday, Ponderosa, Houlihan’s, etc.).  At this time, ONLY candidates with a DAIRY SALES background will be considered.  Qualified Candidates should send a Word attachment copy of their resume.
